ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
Creates the weekly team schedules and confirms the assignments of the Sign Language Interpreters.
Confirms and schedules deaf candidate interviews and requests to include; orientations, on the job training, staff meetings and continuous training refreshers, staff special events and concerts while researching and communicating song lists.
Responds to all internal and external email correspondence received to the Sign Language Services email account within a timely manner.
Partners with Supervisor, ADA Services when resolving a sensitive guest situation or request to ensure response is aligned with Universal Orlando communication standards.
Develops and maintains reports and databases.
Archives surveillance requests associated to incident reports and team member infractions.
Assists in communication of accurate information with regards to park wide accessibility. For example: park maps, in park signage, web site information, Rider’s Guides.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Verbal and written communication with both Team Members and management. Routine computer work, to include data entry, labor budget tracking, creation of graphs and charts. Interpretation of company policies .
Individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and large group situations.

High school degree or GED is required. Associate’s degree (AA) is preferred.
One to three years Operational experience required. Two years computer experience in Windows environment and spreadsheet knowledge highly preferred. Hospitality industry experience is preferred. Must type 30 wpm. Communication and organization skills a must or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task and handle large volume of work.
