JOB SUMMARY : Provides direction to UPR clients on HR related functions, including employee relations, career development, staffing, performance management and specialized HR initiatives.


  • Provides advice, consultation and communication to UPR clients in regards to benefits, payroll, compensation, training, recognition as well as counsels clients on performance management, policy interpretation and employee relations.

  • Contributes an HR perspective during the development and maintenance of Universal Creative project team organizational structures and recommends changes throughout project life cycle based on observations and feedback. Facilitates recurring organizational review meetings with all UPR client stakeholders to ensure all parties are included and aware of organizational updates, revisions and changes.

  • Supports UPR clients in TSAT initiatives by assisting management and TSAT committee with communication and action planning

  • Partners w/ UPR Global Mobility to provide advice, consultation and communication to all client groups regarding global mobility policies and international assignments associated with the business.

  • Identifies, organizes, and occasionally facilitates training or informational meetings to support the needs of the clients. Develops, plans, and implements specialized HR initiatives as needed within the organization.

  • Collects and analyzes data to justify and/or understand costs related to labor.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or other management related field of study required.

EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years Human Resources experience required with 1-3 years management experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience supporting a skill-varied client (design, engineering, construction, business professional, etc.) within a project-based, rapidly changing environment is preferred.
