JOB SUMMARY : Provides insight for HR leaders as well as Divisional leaders across the resort by creating, modifying and producing ongoing report templates, dashboards, and other data visualizations. Produces reports on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) to keep business and HR leaders informed of the HR metrics and analytics of the business. Serves as key SME for all HR functional areas in conducting ad hoc reporting based on just-in-time business demands. Creates trend and predictive reporting to help inform key HR decisions.


  • Produces, validates and provides insight for ongoing reports generated from various systems and input variables on a regular weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.

  • Collaborates with colleagues to create new ongoing report templates, dashboards, and other visualizations deigned to tell a clear and compelling story.

  • Designs predictive and trend analysis for all HR functions designed to assist business leaders in strategic decision making.

  • Provides guidance and recommendations to colleagues on data visualization options, including industry trends, and best practices.

  • Maintains familiarity with all HR functional areas to ensure understanding of key business drivers. Conducts just-in-time ad hoc reporting and analysis for HR partners to answer presenting issues or future planning.


Preferred experience in the following:

  • Peoplesoft

  • Crystal Reporting

  • Hadoop

  • Orbit

  • JasperSoft

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in: Business Administration, Research, Statistics or related field.

EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with analyzing large amounts of data in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with formulating hypotheses, interpreting and communicating results

  • Experience with executing advanced and predictive analytics

  • Analyze user data needs and determine resolution through automated repeatable process

  • Experience in report writing, query, dashboard creation and maintenance in a Human Resource environment
