JOB SUMMARY : To provide support to Managers / Directors in daily assistance of all administrative aspects of the sales process with clients, as well as the coordination of tradeshows, collateral materials and travel arrangements.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generates contracts, proposals and any additional client correspondence needed to assist with closing of business for groups at the ‘Hard Rock Hotel,’ ‘Portofino Bay Hotel’ and ‘Royal Pacific Resort.’

  • Services as a conduit between Managers / Directors and clients in terms of communication and on any new and existing sales program information.

  • Responsible for coordination of all aspects of a site inspection for Managers/Directors including, but not limited to VIP Room Reservations, Amenity Requests, Transportation Requests and VIP Tours.

  • Coordinates and processes complimentary ticket requests, entertainment requests, travel requisitions and expense reports.

  • Process purchase orders and payment requests.
