Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years sales and/or category management experience in consumer packaged goods, entertainment, or retail companies

  • 5+ years experience leading a team, including driving strategy, overseeing analytics, and managing career development of team members Eligibility Requirements:

  • Prior Experience working with Walmart preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple assignments concurrently

  • Ability to develop and negotiate a variety of customer focused programs leveraging different financial models

  • Superior influencing skills and will be able to gain the respect of, and build a rapport with, multiple constituencies, internally and externally

  • Strong leader and persuasive communicator with a vision; proven ability to self-motivate, work independently as well as collaboratively and motivate and inspire a team

  • Bachelors’ degree preferred with an advanced degree ideal
