• Minimum 2 years communications experience and in a guest services or hospitality environment

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Demonstrates exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to write in different styles to meet the needs of each guest

• Excellent problem/resolution skills, along with outstanding communications skills, and active listening skills

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Flawless English and grammar skills

• Proven ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and simultaneously managing multiple projects

• Proven ability to anticipate needs and initiate action

• Articulate

• Proficient in Microsoft - Word, Excel, and Publisher

• Salesforce experience will be considered an asset

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Strong analytic skills
