  • Minimum of 1-3 years of solid hands on experience with Salesforce.com

  • Minimum of 5 years of Client facing and business systems analysis experience

  • Minimum of 5 years in application development and SDLC

  • Experience w/ data architecture, data warehouse and middle ware/ETL tools and technologies

  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills

  • Experience leading the analysis and extracting and documenting business requirements on projects, system enhancements and defects

  • Experience leading and performing the testing on projects, enhancements and defects

  • Experience documenting and executing test cases from requirements documents.

  • Enthusiasm for solving problems

  • Strong emotional intelligence

  • Professional, motivated, self-starter, independent and results oriented

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

  • Comfortable and confident presenting in front of all levels of employees

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related fields.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, including the ability to multi-task and juggle many competing priorities and deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to work well with other team members

  • Ability to think creatively to come up with new solutions

Desired Characteristics

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning components

  • SalesForce admin certification

  • Quality Trained (PMI, Six Sigma Black Belt)

  • Media & Entertainment experience

  • Knowledge of Jira and Smartsheet

  • Data Warehouse: MicroStrategy and/or other BI related systems

  • Has worked within a project team over multiple geographic / international locations. Has a good understanding of technology trends and developments

  • Deep understanding of software development in Agile or waterfall methodology

  • Excellent understanding of Sales & Ops Related Technologies and process
