Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookEligibility Requirements:

  • Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice

  • Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA

  • Must have work authorization to work in the United States

Desired Characteristics:

  • Must be passionate about television and a career in the industry

  • Previous work experience at a studio, network, digital publisher or agency, especially in Scheduling, Research, Programming or Operations

  • Professional, poised assistant with 1-2 years of support experience executives within large, corporate environments including mastery of calendar, travel, and buying tools

  • Knowledge of the Network, Cable and Digital TV landscape

  • Understanding of Nielsen Ratings and other viewing measurement and analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexible, personable, self-starter, proactive problem solver, extremely detail-oriented and organized with the ability to interface with all levels of NBCU staff.

  • Ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals. Approachable, but also assertive.

  • Ability to work well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with changing priorities.

  • Multi-task oriented, strong organizational process and time management skills

  • Understand and intuitively anticipate needs for the executive with minimal supervision
