  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing direct end-user support for a Fortune 500 company in a Macintosh and Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 environments, with strong experience troubleshooting and able to utilize analytic ability to solve technical problems.

  • Min 2 years strong customer service experience.

  • Ability to take ownership of production incidents from a technical support expertise, collaborates with others on remediation, and route/engage appropriate areas of expertise through resolution.

  • Assume daily responsibility for USH Creative computer equipment installations, relocations, and troubleshooting all desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, printers, plotters and other technology.

  • Maintain physical (4525/3A) and virtual (Service Now) stockrooms of computer equipment, and make recommendations to USH Creative Administration and Project Managers for hardware refreshes.

  • Responsible for maintaining records in Service Now asset management for USH Creative software licenses and keys.

  • Evaluate hardware and software Requests in Service Now prior to procurement in order to ensure right fit for Creative team members. Provide solutions in accordance with NBCU IT standard hardware and software standards. When non-standard requests are made, secure approvals from NBCU IT Workplace Technology.

  • Determine and maintain a set software and hardware templates, required by role, per each USH Creative project

  • As a part of the Off Boarding process, ensure all project related files are properly archived for use by the projcet team. Responsible for preparing retired equipment, (running DOD wipe) on each asset and return to NBCUniversal approved recycling location. Remove device from Active Directory and assign asset as retired in Service Now asset management.

  • Responsible for establishing new Project file structures by working along side project teams to determine their requirments on Network servers and processing user share permissions in Active Directory.

  • Coordinate network functionality for all visitors, including network resources for wireless network connectivity, iVLAN internet access, videoconferencing and web-based communication tools.

  • Understand and manage the printers and document scanning functionality for USH Creative.

  • Ability to work flexible hours and tight deadlines, within a 24/7 environment

  • Ability to travel (minimum 5% annually)

  • Project management skills and experience

  • MCSE desired

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science related field, preferred.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills such as: persistent, client-oriented, results-oriented and accountable
