Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically, Power Point, Outlook, Word, Excel (with ability to design and run pivot tables).
Proficient in collaboration tools, such as, WebEx, Jabber, Skype, VMR, DropBox, GoogleSheets, GoogleDocs, in addition to having the ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Knowledge and understanding of project coordination and scheduling.
Knowledge of presentation design, template usage, and presentation delivery.
Able to organize, prioritize, and execute numerous projects and tasks, concurrently.
Must handle stressful situations effortlessly and confidentially, as well as, interact with co-workers and clients, professionally.
Must be an effective trouble shooter, communicator, and problem solver.
1-2 years of experience as a project coordinator.
Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Experience working with and supporting multiple stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Strong computer skills, including both Mac and Windows operating systems, ability to understand multiple operating systems – including Microsoft Office,
Experience in, or familiarity, with media/entertainment industry and/or technical operations.
Must already be a part of the OPEIU Local 174 Union or willing to join
