• Bachelor’s degree is required in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.

•Master’s degree in is preferred in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.

•15-20 Years of experience in the development and management of major projects with hospitality/entertainment/theme park experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Licenses in Architecture or Engineering are preferred.

•Minimum of 6 months to learn internal process and procedures and an additional 6 months to develop necessary familiarity with available resources in the industry to properly accomplish successful project completion.

•Consistent attendance is required

Desired Characteristics

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors

•Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

•Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

•Influences decisions of major nature. High degree of tact & diplomacy to obtain favorable decisions or maintain good will.

•Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project, and Prolog.
