On call 24/7 with flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing in house trades and external vendors Minimum of 3 Years’ experience as Commercial Facility Manager/Property Manager
Knowledge of facility management principles and techniques
Working knowledge of Facilities systems/equipment, including BMS, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
Knowledge of Gensuite portal High level of integrity, judgment and follow through Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going tasks and projects Ability to partner successfully with varied groups and people
Previous experience in facility management
Strong coaching and negotiation skillsAdditional Job Requirements
Must be willing to work in Washington, DC
Must be willing and available to be on-call and work evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays as required
Must be 18 years or older
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Valid D.C. 3rd class License and Universal CFC license
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Able to discuss issues/updates with all levels of management Ability to read and interpret blueprints
AutoCad experience a plus but not required
