Minimum 10 years of broadcast and/or cable sales experience including working with advertising agencies and direct clients
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Manager
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Must be willing to work in Washington D.C.
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be 18 years or greater
Must have valid driver’s license

Dynamic high energy professional with success in leading and managing a team of Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives
Ability to set strategy and tactically articulate and execute sales strategy
Experience developing local market decision maker contacts that drive revenue and new business development
Excellent negotiation skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong agency/client relationships and excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of growing share
Strong computer skills with particular proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Proven success in selling Broadcast TV, digital, mobile and integrations
Ability to utilize research tools and industry analytics
Knowledge of Wide Orbit and Sales force applications
Working knowledge of political sales and paid programming
Passion for growing Hispanic advertising market
Competitive with a desire to win
